CMG facilitates selected iron ore opportunities by connecting qualified buyers with credible suppliers and authorised seller representatives.

We support the commercial process by aligning grade, chemical specifications, quantity, pricing basis, delivery point, payment structure, inspection requirements and supporting product documentation.

Opportunities may be offered Ex Works or on another seller-approved basis. Where required, CMG can coordinate optional FOB or delivery solutions through independent logistics, handling and port-service partners. Each opportunity remains subject to supplier verification, product availability, buyer qualification and the execution of direct agreements between the relevant principals.

CMG facilitates South African thermal coal opportunities for qualified domestic and export buyers, including RB1, RB2 and RB3 grades and other seller-supported specifications.

We assist with the alignment of quantity, quality parameters, pricing basis, delivery point, payment terms, inspection requirements and supporting documentation. Products are generally offered Ex Works unless another delivery basis is expressly confirmed by the seller.

Where a buyer requires an FOB or delivered solution, CMG may coordinate commercial options through independent logistics, handling, inspection and port-service partners. These services are performed by the appointed providers and not by CMG.

CMG facilitates selected manganese opportunities for qualified domestic and international buyers.

Each opportunity is assessed according to product grade, form, origin, quantity, pricing basis, delivery point, seller authority and supporting documentation.

Our role is to connect suitable counterparties, align buyer and seller requirements, coordinate due diligence and documentation and support commercial negotiation through to direct contracting between the principals.

CMG facilitates selected gold opportunities by connecting authorised sellers or seller mandates with qualified buyers and appropriate transaction counterparties.

Due to the heightened verification requirements associated with precious-metals transactions, each opportunity is assessed according to proof of authority, product information, counterparty KYC, transaction structure, delivery location and applicable documentation.

CMG supports introductions, due-diligence communication, commercial negotiation and document coordination between the principals. We do not take custody of gold, operate a refinery or replace the legal and compliance advisers appointed by the parties.

CMG is expanding its commercial facilitation activities into diesel and selected refined petroleum products. This area is being developed through qualified supplier, buyer and service-provider relationships.

Opportunities will be progressed only where product availability, seller authority, transaction structure and supporting documentation can be reasonably verified. CMG's role is to connect credible counterparties, align product specifications, quantities, pricing basis, payment requirements and delivery terms and coordinate the commercial process between the relevant participants.

CMG does not produce, store, transport or take custody of fuel. Any transport, storage, inspection, port or related operational services are performed by independently appointed specialist partners. This focus does not presently include crude oil.
