Capital Minerals Global connects credible sellers, qualified buyers and authorised mandates. Our services focus on opportunity assessment, counterparty qualification, commercial negotiation, due diligence, documentation and transaction coordination. Where required, optional FOB and logistics solutions may be coordinated through independent specialist partners.
Commercial Screening and Supply Identification
CMG identifies and assesses commodity opportunities against defined buyer requirements, including product specification, grade, quantity, origin, price basis, availability, delivery point and supporting documentation.
We do not automatically circulate every opportunity received. Transactions are progressed only where the commercial proposition, product information and counterparty authority are sufficiently credible to justify further engagement.
Our role includes clarifying the buyer's requirements, engaging potential suppliers or authorised mandates and establishing whether there is a workable commercial basis for the transaction.
Qualified Commercial Counterparty Engagement
CMG connects qualified buyers with credible sellers and authorised mandates where there is a clear commercial fit.
We establish structured lines of communication, clarify the roles and authority of each participant and assist the parties in moving from an initial introduction toward direct commercial engagement.
Where CMG has been formally appointed under a mandate, we act within the defined scope of the principal's written authority. In other engagements, CMG operates as an independent commercial facilitator.
Alignment of Terms, Responsibilities and Transaction Requirements
CMG supports negotiations between buyers, sellers and authorised representatives by helping the parties identify, clarify and resolve material commercial requirements.
This may include product specifications, quantity, price basis, payment terms, delivery basis, inspection requirements, timelines, commissions and the respective responsibilities of the contracting parties.
Our objective is to support a clear and commercially workable structure from which the buyer and seller can proceed toward a direct agreement.
Structured Information Exchange Between Counterparties
CMG coordinates the exchange of the corporate, commercial and product information required to assess and progress a commodity opportunity.
This may include KYC and CIS information, company registration documents, mandate evidence, proof of authority, product specifications, inspection reports, ownership or allocation information and draft commercial documentation.
CMG facilitates and organises the process but does not replace the legal, financial, technical, tax or regulatory advisers appointed by the contracting parties.
International Transaction and Delivery Coordination
CMG supports cross-border commodity transactions by coordinating the commercial information, counterparties and independent specialists required to progress an international opportunity.
Many products are offered on an Ex Works basis. Where a buyer requires an FOB or other delivery solution, CMG can introduce and coordinate independent logistics, transport, inspection, handling, customs, port and related service providers.
These operational services are performed by the appointed independent providers and not by CMG. Responsibility for legal, regulatory, customs and operational execution remains with the relevant contracting parties and appointed specialists.
